Many lay women and men strive to fulfill the mission and live the values that sustain the ministries of the Grey Nuns. Because of these people, Marguerite d’Youville’s charism remains very relevant and alive in face of the ever present needs of the poor.

Whether Associates of Saint Marguerite d’Youville, lay collaborators or volunteers, they are living examples for today’s people of Marguerite’s devoted spirit of caring for all those in need.

Along with their own personal responsibilities and activities, the Associates find time to render service to the poor. Like the Grey Nuns, these lay women and men have chosen to not only embrace Marguerite d’Youville’s charism and Mission but also her spirituality.
